DCDM was involved with Junior Exploration Companies from 2005 to 2008. Over this period, we have been able to gather hand on experience on the following:

• Mining tenements acquisition and amendments;
• Due diligence in respect of exploration companies take over;
• Relevant licenses application from Ministry of Mines and Strategic Resources, Ministry of the Environment and Sustainable Development, Ministry of Territorial Planning, Housing and Public Works and Ministry of Population, Social Protection and Women;
• Knowledge of the Law of Large Scale Investments in the Malagasy Mining Sector (LGIM);
• Network of support service providers (logistics, freight forwarding, drilling and security).

We can therefore act as a one stop solution provider during mining exploration and eventually exploitation why ensuring full compliance to all relevant legislations.
