Malala RAZAFIMAMPIONOA is the Human Resources Consultant at DCDM. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the ISCAM and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management specialized in Human Resources from the Open University of Mauritius.
Malala has been working in the HR Management field since 2018 and her areas of expertise are Payroll outsourcing and Talent development. She has also a strong interest in organisational behaviour and change management.
Tsiry Bruno ANDRIAMAMPIANINA is the team supervisor at DCDM FS. He holds in degree in accounting, management control and auditing from the univeristy of IAE Poitiers – France and INSCAE Institute.
Tsiry Bruno has been working from DCDM since 2013 and specialised in accounting, internal audit, tax and management services for clients.

Devendra Curpen is qualified chartered certified accountant with over 25 years in audit and risk consulting.
He has been residing in Madagscar since 2003 and over the years has provided resident directorship to more than 30 companies covering multiple sectors.
His responsability as in charge of DCDM since 2003 has evolved from providing accountancy / back office services to acting as business enabler and providing pragmatic solutions to client.
